Born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, Clement graduated from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University. He subsequently studied law in the Dual Canadian and U.S. Law Degree Program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy. During his time at law school, Clement was a member of the Editorial Board at the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues. He was also a case worker at Community Legal Aid, and a member of the American Inns of Court.
After graduating law school, Clement completed his articling term with, and subsequently practiced alongside Burlington lawyer Douglas Muir Q.C. As a lawyer called to the bar in Ontario, Clement is experienced in real estate law, wills, estate planning and administration, and corporate/commercial matters. Prior to practicing law, Clement gained extensive experience in Ontario's electricity industry.
Outside of his law practice, Clement spends most of his time with his family and friends. Clement is also a licensed private pilot, avid football (i.e. soccer) fan, and a lifelong supporter of Arsenal F.C. Clement is strongly committed in being involved with the community.
